All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, you will be provided with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Please note that the images are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. AMIRA MORSY provides images of each item on the site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. We process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however if you need your order by a certain date please let us know in the notes field when placing your order and we will do our very best to get it to you in time!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipments may ask for signature upon delivery. We will notify you if this is the case. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. AMIRA MORSY is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves AMIRA MORSY. If your order is sent back to AMIRA MORSY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. AMIRA MORSY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at contact@amiramorsy.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. 

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from amiramorsy.com.

If you don't absolutely love your new Amira Morsy Jewelry, send it back for a full refund or store credit within 30 days using our free, prepaid return shipping labels. Returns are only valid on eligible items. Email us at contact@amiramorsy.com to start your return process.

Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility by the end of this 30-day window. Also, make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. 

We offer free returns within the US. All international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. AMJ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are imposed by the receiving company and are based on the retail value of the invoice. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). AMJ is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender. Any fees that AMJ incurs in this or similar scenario will be billed to the recipient.

Because we make all our jewelry to order and the price of our raw materials is so high, all orders purchased using a discount code or coupon are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. If you need to return an item that you purchased with a coupon code, we will gladly offer you store credit so that you can find the perfect replacement.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Should you wish to make any alterations to your AMIRA MORSY fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out via email contact@amiramorsy.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
